The London Double-Decker Bus
A blonde visiting London for the first time bought a ticket for a double-decker sight-seeing bus and climbed up the winding stairs to sit on the open upper deck. After five minutes of riding, she ran down the stairs in a total panic, screaming at the top of her lungs, and sat in the lower deck next to a quiet tourist. The tourist turned to her and asked why she had rushed down so frantically. The blonde clutched her heart, pointed to the ceiling, and gasped, "It's terrifying up there! There's no driver on the top floor!"
The Airport Runway Confusion
Two blondes were taking their first flight together in a twin-engine commuter plane landing at a small municipal airport in the countryside. As the aircraft made its final touchdown, the pilot slammed on the brakes, causing the tires to screech loudly and bringing the plane to a halt inches from the end of the asphalt. One blonde wiped sweat from her forehead and exclaimed, "That was the shortest runway I have ever seen in my entire life!" The second blonde looked out the side window along the five-mile wide tarmac strip and added, "It sure is short, but look at how wide it is!"
The Beach Sunscreen Protection
A blonde went on a tropical island vacation and spent three hours lying on a beach towel under the blazing midday sun without applying sunscreen. A lifeguard noticed her skin turning bright red and walked over to hand her a bottle of SPF 50 lotion, warning her about the dangers of sun damage. The blonde shook her head, pushed the bottle away, and said, "Oh, I don't need that! I'm reading a book in the shade under my sunglasses, so the sun can't see me!"
The Passport Photo Replacement
A blonde standing at an international airport customs checkpoint was asked by the border officer to present her passport for inspection. She reached into her purse, pulled out a small pocket mirror, handed it to the officer, and waited patiently. The officer stared at the mirror, looked at her face, looked back at the mirror, and handed it back, saying, "Everything looks fine, ma'am, you may pass." The blonde sighed with relief and muttered, "Thank goodness—if I hadn't taken that fresh photo this morning, we'd be stuck here all day!"
